Anthony has a Bachelor’s Degree in English Education and a Master’s Degree in theology, with a concentration in philosophy. In addition to being a pastor, he also teaches a Contemporary Ethical Dilemmas class at NMC. Anthony’s best day is when he is hanging out with a group of inquisitive twenty-somethings (cup of coffee in hand), engaging in a spirited give and take on the apologetics of the Christian faith, explaining the essence of living out a Christian world view in an age of confusion and self-indulgence. Hobbies: trying to lift too much at the gym, drinking coffee, and reading.
Anthony and wife, Sheila, have been married 26 years and have three boys: AJ (21), Braden (17), and Vincent (11).
Ted has been on the pastoral staff of Church of the Living God since 1982, first as Administrative Pastor, then Executive Pastor, and now (since retirement in 2014) as Care Pastor. Ted continues to assist the pastoral team by making hospital visits and conducting funerals when needed.
Ted and Anne were born and raised in Traverse City, and have two children, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Anne retired from her nursing career in 2015 allowing them increased time with family, both here and in Florida.
Small Groups Pastor
Scott, a successful Traverse City builder/contractor, joined the pastoral team at CLG on a part-time basis in 2001. Scott’s gift (and passion) is delivering the truths of Scripture in ways that outlast the Sunday gathering, and actually work on Monday morning. He firmly believes in the practicality of Scripture as we learn to follow it in real life.
Scott and his wife, Lauri, have a blended family of nine children and thirteen grandchildren.
